Hello, and welcome! As the designer for Inspire Bridal, I thought it would be important to satisfy any curiosity you may have about who I am and why I started a bridal company.

My name is Suzi Manrique, and I am part of that rare breed actually born in Las Vegas, Nevada. Say what you will about that city, there is no denying that it is all about the shine. There may not be a city on earth with more bling than my hometown. Growing up as a daughter of a prominent casino executive, I had many, many opportunities to sit front and center at shows on the Las Vegas strip, with some of the most elaborate costumes to be found anywhere in the world.

There amongst the glamour of sequins, rhinestones and feathers was born my inescapable interest in fashion, with all of its creativity and construction.

Although I have a very healthy appreciation for understated elegance, the influence of that very early exposure to glamor and beautiful show girls set me on a course to pursue my dream of becoming a fashion designer. Straight out of high school I attended The Fashion Institute (FIDM) in nearby Los Angeles, and that initial passion has never left me.

And now for the WHY:
A wedding gown is one of the most exciting and perilous purchases a bride will make in her lifetime. With so much riding on the final look, I believe that every bride needs a more personal experience and all of her wants and desires deserve to be honored as well.

We are all individuals and each bride should have as much input as possible to truly reflect her own personality and unique beauty. I take great pleasure in getting to know my clients personally. Their wants, needs and ideas can only take shape in the context of a one-at-a-time creation that only happens when every aspect of the gown, from fabrics, lace and embellishments can be chosen intentionally.

The look in a brides eyes, and the beauty that radiates from her soul when she sees how perfectly all of the details have come together to make her look absolutely stunning, and yet absolutely her best and truest self. Priceless! This is why I love what I do.
